Unlocking nature’s hidden potential
PROMISA (PROprietary Methodology for ISolAtion) is T3 BioScience’s innovative technology to extract novel bacteria from the environment (soil and insects). T3 has developed a unique process to isolate never before discovered microbes from nature and yields a pipeline of novel agricultural products.
Bacteria that can be grown in standard media used in the conventional agricultural (and medical) industry represent only a small fraction of the variety living in nature. T3’s PROMISA was developed and improved over 10 years to extract bacteria from the vast population of yet undiscovered species in existence.
This is achieved by (undisclosed) trapping mechanisms and natural media (nutrients) to attract novel bacteria in nature from soil and insects.
As a proof of concept, T3’s first commercial product by the name of RejuAgro, will be used to fight devastating agricultural diseases. RejuAgro has been developed and commercialized from a never before discovered Pseudomonas soli species.

UPB1
An Undisclosed Plant Biostimulant
A natural substance or microorganism that, when applied to seeds, plants, or the rhizosphere, stimulates natural processes to enhance or benefit nutrient uptake, nutrient efficiency, tolerance to abiotic stress, or crop quality and yield.
T307
A living bacteria with focus to effectively inhibit bacterial crop diseases that enter the host plant during bloom without affecting blossoms or exposing them to phototoxicity.
TS108
A virulence inhibitor protecting apples from the Erwinia amylovora pathogen (fire blight)
CHY4
Soil-derived organism inhibiting four agricultural pathogens. Undergoing greenhouse and field testing.

RejuAgro
A globally patented biocontrol agent developed from a newly discovered Pseudomonas soli species, inhibiting 21 agricultural pathogens, with first focus on diseases affecting citrus, apples and walnuts. RejuAgro is independently tested in the field since 2019.
In the U.S., EPA required environmental toxicity tests have been successfully completed in July 2025. A product submission to the EPA is planned for late 2025 or early 2026.
